Frankly you're a bore

So far I am enjoying this brief, I really like the song I have chosen to illustrate. I have found the drawing fun as I am trying to make them look child like. The drawings didn't take long to do, the writing actually took longer as I kept getting it wrong. However the time taken was less that expected. I first want to start by creating a notebook for people to write in with the illustrations on every other page. These illustration can be crossed across a range of products an i am planing on making a notebooks, calenders, book marks, mock ups of bags, tops etc

Vivienne Westwood shop

There is a vivienne Westwood shop in leeds where I have already taken picture of my 3d girls in from of, but I will go back and take a picture of the whole shop.

I will then photoshop in to the window my own logo that I have made, an example is below.

Images I altered

These are some of the images that I tried to alter, the detail still isn't great so I feel the best way to resolve this is by going back and just taking pictures of the places I want to show the illustrations.

 below I changed the contrast but as you can see some colours stick out too much, like the man in the red trousers.

Unfortunately I am not happy with the pictures that I have taken, the detail in the girls are lost and I am having trouble making them look brighter and more clear.
In the image below you can see that the face of the girl on the left is really hard to see and I have been finding it hard to make more clear on photoshop.

 Below is the same picture but I have photoshoped the girl in, you can see so much more detail and I prefer the way the image looks.
I will go back out to leed and photograph more areas so that I can place the girls in to the picture.
Another plus side to this is that I can make them a lot larger.

Creating packaging for Cocoaroma.

I need to decide on the information on the back of the packet which will say what it contains and what it is.

Stand for cutouts

I tried many ways to make a stand that you wouldnt be able to see but it was harder than I thought.

 I might be able to photoshop out the stand that I used. I need to take them to Leeds city center and photograph them on the street

Front cover idea

I tried to add all three designers in to the same girl, a bit of punk, bit of the woods, and a bit gothic.

I was going to draw my own "vogue" but I think it might take away from the picture.
