I think the size works well here, maybe a bit smaller and more to the right.
Think this is too small
I have seen a lot of t-shirt that have an image in a square
was trying to see how it would look if it filled the t-shirt so that you couldn't see what it was anymore. This might be a bit to much for a t-shirt design.
